Well the pottery was a partial success – more about that later!
But in the meantime I’ve been making some encaustic cufflinks to complement the pendants and rings further down the page.
They are available to purchase in the
online shop – only one of each unique pair is available!
I’ve been working on ways to make encaustic art wearable and have come up with these!
I’m really pleased with how they’ve turned out! I’ve started adding them to the
new online shop (still a work in progress) and there’s only ONE of each available – so grab ’em while you can! They’re priced at £11.50 each including UK delivery.
one of my paintings to P laincraft and, as I type, it’s the top rated item!
Here’s the proof:
I got a lovely email from the winning bidder of the
charity Sunset painting auction to say that it had arrived safely and that “the picture didn’t do it justice. It is beautiful”.
Lovely email to receive!!
I got some great quality postcard paper today to make some postcards of my paintings, which I think will be a great way for everyone to get some low-cost art prints!
Unfortunately my printer’s finally given up the ghost, but not before I managed to print a couple off to see how it will look – and I’m very pleased with the result:
Once my replacement printer arrives, I’ll put these up on the site to buy as singles and in packs.
I’ve just ordered some neon waxes to try out! Think they might be interesting – especially on the black painting card.
So, watch out for some neon beeswax art coming soon!
I have a wonderful friend called Paul who has his own l
aser gaming place called Dark Ocean. Paul has very kindly offered to let me have some space in his waiting area to show my artwork!
We’ve still to iron out the fine details, but it’s very exciting!!
