I collect payment using Paypal which allows you to pay using a credit or debit card even if you don't have a Paypal account. Paypal provides excellent protection for buyers, so please visit the Paypal website to read about their protection policies.

DELIVERY

For UK buyers, I offer a choice of either Royal Mail or DHL for delivery. I aim to post your purchase within 1 working day, but sometimes it can take longer (e.g. for made-to-order items or during particularly busy times). I'll contact you directly by email to advise you if your order will be delayed.

For international buyers, I use the Airmail service which typically takes 3-5 days to arrive after posting. This can sometimes be delayed by customs in your country, so please contact your customs office if you believe that delivery is taking longer than it should.

RETURNS

Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your purchase for any reason with 7 days following receipt of the goods and receive a full refund of the purchase price. The exception to this is "made to order" items which are exempt from this regulation.

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, you can choose either to receive a replacement or refund as appropriate. Return delivery costs on faulty, damaged or incorrect items, where appropriate, will be borne by me.
